手术室管理中应用＂五常法＂的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨应用”五常法”规范手术室护理管理的有效性。方法应用”五常法”原理对手术室护士言行、技术，手术室物品准备和放置标准进行规范改进，通过制定”五常法”审核表，定期组织考核小组进行检查、考核。结果手术科室和患者对手术护理质量的满意率明显提高。结论”五常法”管理能有效提高手术室护理工作质量，提升工作效率，减少工作失误。Objective To explore the availability of application of ＂5S management＂ on nursing management ol operation room . MeUlotls According to the principle of＂5S management＂,We applied＂5S management＂to improve the management on nursing words, skills,the goods＂ preparation and set standard .By＂5S management＂checking table , we evaluated work situation regularly. Results Doctoisatisfaction rate and patients＇satisfaction rate were significantly improved after applying＂5S management＂. Conclution Application of ＂5S management＂ in operation room can improve nursing quality, work efficiency, and reduce work faults.
