氦氖激光照射治疗幼女型外阴阴道炎与常规治疗的临床疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨氦氖激光照射治疗幼女型外阴阴道炎与常规治疗的临床疗效。方法2009年1月～2011年12月在我院行幼女型外阴阴道炎治疗的200例小患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，各100例，研究组患儿采用常规药物加氦氖激光照射治疗幼女型外阴炎．对照组患儿采用常规药物治疗，比较两组治疗效果、治疗时间，结果两组幼儿年龄、患病时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）．在治疗相同时间里，研究组治愈率为95％，对照组治愈率为73％，研究组疗效明显高于对照组。结论氦氖激光照射治疗幼女型外阴阴道炎疗效确切，副作用极小．Objective Study of He-Ne laser in the treatment of infant （laughter type vulvovaginitis and conventional treatment. In the treatment of the same time, research group, the cure rate was 95% in control group, the cure rate is 73%, the study group was significantly higher than that of control group efficacy.Conclusion Helium neon laser irradiation in the treatment of infant daughter type vulva vaginitis curative effect, side effects are minimal.
