感染性心内膜炎合并二尖瓣关闭不全的二尖瓣成形术治疗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察使用二尖瓣成形术治疗感染性心内膜炎合并二尖瓣关闭不全的-临床疗效，并对其作用与影响进行分析。方法从我院收治入院的感染性心内膜炎合并二尖瓣关闭不全患者中抽取60例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者使用传统的二尖瓣置换术进行治疗．观察组患者使用二尖瓣成形术进行治疗。对两纽患者治疗后心功能评级及左室舒张末期内径、围手术期死亡率和ICU住院时间进行统计．并对比分析。结果经统计学分析可知，观察组患者与对照组相比较，在心功能评级、左室舒张末期内径、围手术期死亡率、ICU住院时间、术后二尖瓣关闭不全复发率等方面，差异明显有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论二尖瓣成形术对感染性心内膜炎合并二尖瓣关闭不全的患者有比较理想的治疗效果，可以有效减少左心室负荷，改善患者的左室舒张末期内径并恢复心脏功能，明显的减少围手术期的患者死亡率和ICU住院时间。为患者减轻身心承受压力及经济负担，具有临床推广应用的价值。Objective Observed clinical efficacy for the treatment of infective endocarditis with mitral insufficiency mitral valvuloplasty, and its role and impact analysis. Methods Extracted 60 cases admitted in our hospital infection endocarditis with mitral regurgitation patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group of patients using conventional mitral valve replacement treatment, observation group patientsmitral valvuloplasty for treatment. Periopcrative mortality and ICU length of stay of cardiac function in the two groups of patients with ratings and left vcnificular end-diastolic diameter, statistical and comparative analysis.Results The statistical analysis shows that the rating was significantly higher in patients with cardiac function of the observation group, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was significantly less than the control group patients, perioperative mortality was significantly lower than the control group patients, ICU length of stay was significantly less thanpaticnts of the control group, the observation group patients with mitral regurgitation recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group patients, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mitral valve repair in patients with infective endocarditis with mitral regurgitation the desired therapeutic effect, can be effective in reducing left vcntricular load, improve the patient＇s left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and recovery of cardiac function, significant reductionperioperative mortality and ICU length of stay. Reduce the physical and psychological pressure and economic burden, with the value of clinical application for patients.
