摘  要:目的:探讨高频超声探头引导下心包积液穿刺置管引流的临床应用价值。方法:86例心包积液患者,进行超声检查确定心包积液程度,并设定穿刺路径。采用Seldinger法,在高频超声探头定位引导下,徒手心尖区穿刺置中心静脉导管引流心包积液。结果:86例心包积液患者均穿刺成功,术中超声可以清晰显示穿刺针穿入心包的过程及针尖的位置、导丝在心包腔的行进方向及深度、导管在心包腔的位置等,无严重并发症。结论:在心包积液的诊治中,高频超声探头引导下心包穿刺置管引流术具有实时、准确,安全、有效、并发症少等优点,有较高临床应用价值。Objective: To assess the practical value of high frequency ultrasound - guided percutaneous pericardium centesis in pa- tients with pericardial effusion. Methods :86 cases of patients with pericardial effusion were treated with High frequency ultrasound- guided to make sure the pericardial effusion degree, and set the puncture path. Using Seldinger law, in the high frequency ultrasound probe positioning guide, unarmed apex region puncture buy central venous catheter drainage pericardial effusion. Results:86 cases of patients with pericardial effusion were puncture success, intraoperative ultrasound can clearly show needle inserted pericardial process and pinpoint location, guide wire in the pericardial cavity~ direction of travel and depth, catheter in the pericardial cavity position and so on, no serious complications. Conclusion: In the diagnosis and treatment of pericardial effusion, High frequency ultrasound - guided percutaneous pericardium centesis is real - time, accurate, safe, effective and less complications etc, have a high clinical val- ue.
