摘　　要：目的探讨HIV/AIDS合并淋巴瘤患者采用利妥昔单抗联合CHOP方案(环磷酰胺、多柔比星、长春新碱和泼尼松)治疗的临床护理方法。方法回顾性分析我科收治的23例HIV/AIDS合并淋巴瘤患者的临床护理资料。结果经1年观察治疗,完成疗程18例,自动放弃治疗2例,死亡3例。结论加强HIV/AIDS合并淋巴瘤患者心理护理、化疗护理,有助于顺利完成化疗,减轻不良反应,从而提高其生活质量,延长生存期。Objective To investigate the nursing care in the treatment with rituximab and CHOP （cyclophosphamide, doxoru- bicin, vincristine and prednisone） for HIV/AIDS patients with lymphoma. Method The data regarding the nursing care for 23 HIV/ AIDS patients with lymphoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results During one-year treatment, 18 patients completed the therapy, 2 gave up and 3 died. Conclusions Psychological nursing care and nursing care in implementing chemotherapy protocols for HIV/ AIDS patients with lymphoma may help HIV/AIDS patients with lymphoma complete chemotherapy smoothly and reduce adverse re- actions, so as to improve the life quality and prolong survival.
