摘　　要：党的十六大以来，山东省监狱机关以科学发展观为指导，着眼于把握发展规律、创新发展理念、转变发展方式、破解发展难题，提出统筹和谐发展的目标，确立“以监狱安全稳定为核心，以提高监管改造质量、促进经济平稳发展、加强班子队伍建设为重点，着力实现监狱体制改革、监狱布局调整、综合保障水平的新突破的“一三三”思路和“突出重点、增加亮点、多干实事”的基本要求，积极作为抓落实，监狱改造手段不断创新，队伍建设健康发展，监狱整体工作呈现出活力进发、蓬勃发展的良好态势，全省监狱场所连续八年保持监管安全无事故，刑释人员重新犯罪率不到4％，为维护社会和谐稳定、服务保障经济文化强省建设作出了积极贡献。以下是从山东监狱系统撷取的几朵浪花。The ideological essence of the Taoism is following nature and discarding all desires and worriesfrom the mind, which epitomizes the harmony between humankind and nature, the harmony between people and physical and mental harmony. So it can purify people＇s minds and souls and improve the moral character and the spiritual realm. In 2010, the Yantai Prison of Shandong Province fully tapped and used the unique Taoist cultural resources in the Jiaodong Peninsula to create somenew advantages in reforming the inmates, through which the prison created an innovative prison culture with its own special characteristics and launched a series of innovative measures in Taoist culture education.
