摘　　要：智慧城市是能够充分运用信息技术、物联网技术、空间信息技术和通讯技术等手段,对城市运营管理发展等各类信息突破单纯的物理世界空间的概念,进行全面立体感知,资源优化整合,建立协同创新平台,对包括城市经济发展、民生服务、环境保护、水资源管理、能源优化、城市运行、城市安全等提供科学化、可视化、智慧化的城市管理运营与综合决策支撑平台,支持城乡建设,推进城市科学合理的可持续发展。Smart city can make full use of information technology, Internet of Things technology, spatial information technology and communication technology, etc, to break through the concept of the simple physical world of space for the operation, management, development and tile other kinds of information of the city, have a full three-dimensional perception, resource optimization and integration and establish the platform of collaborative innovation. To provide a support platform with scientific, visualization and intelligent city management operations and integrated decision for the urban economic development, livelihood services, environment protection, water resource management, energy optimization, city operation and city security, and support the urban and rural construction and promote the city sustainable development in scientific and rational.
