摘 要:介绍了湖北某含钒石煤及其脱碳产品的性质,针对钒主要以类质同象形式赋存在云母类矿物中的特点,分析了棒磨和摇床重选过程中云母类矿物和脉石矿物的不同行为特征,对脱碳石煤的磨矿细度和摇床重选的工艺技术参数进行了研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占63%的情况下,按试验确定的工艺技术参数,采用1粗1扫摇床重选流程处理,可抛出产率为12.99%、V2O5品位为0.21%的尾矿,从而显著降低浸矿酸耗和生产成本。Introduces the property of vanadium-bearing stone coal and its decarburized products. Due to the vanadium occurring in mica minerals in the form of isomorphism, different behaviors of mica minerals and gangue minerals in the process of rod mill and shaking table separation are analyzed, and the technical parameters of grinding fineness and shaking table separation of the decarburized stone coal are studied. The results showed that with the grinding fineness of -0. 074 mm 63%, and based on the technical parameters obtained from the tests, tailings with removal rate of 12. 99% and V2 05 grade of 0. 21% are discarded by the process of one-roughing and one scavenging, so that the acid consumption and production costs can be significantly reduced.
