摘 要:为了消除石港煤矿15111工作面的煤与瓦斯突出危险性,采用顺层平行钻孔及交叉网格钻孔进行本煤层瓦斯预抽。依据《煤矿安全规程》及《煤矿瓦斯抽采基本指标》等规范,采用钻孔指标、瓦斯指标及瓦斯预抽率进行消突效果评价并分析了评价结果的可靠性。数据显示,预抽钻孔布置合理,吨煤钻孔量为0.136 m/t,没留空白带;残余瓦斯含量为1.70~7.94 m3/t,残余瓦斯压力为0.09~0.46 MPa;瓦斯预抽率达到30%以上。结果表明,15111工作面消突措施效果明显,突出危险性已经解除,可以实施安全回采。Abstract:In order to eliminate the coal and gas outburst danger at 15111 working face in shigang coal mine, the parallel drilling along seam and the cross - grid drilling are adopted to implement the gas drainage. According to the standards of Coal Mine Safety Rules and Basic Indexs of gas Drainage of Coal Mine ( AQI026 -2006), drilling index, gas index and gas pre - drainage rate are adopted to eval- uate the effect of outburst elimination, at the same time, the reliability of the evaluation results is analyzed. Datum show that the layout of pre - drainage drillings is reasonable, the drilling quantity of per ton coal is 0. 136 m/t, no blank zone is left; the residual gas con- tent is 1.70 -7.94 m3/t, the residual gas pressure is 0.09 -0.46 MPa; and the gas pre - drainage rate is above 30%. Results show that the effect of outburst - elimination measures in 15111 working face is obvious, the outburst danger has been removed and it is fea- sible to implement safety mining.
