摘  要:厄瓜多尔国家联合大桥为1 975m的预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥,跨径布置为(3×30+12.5+26×75+12.5+4×30)m。针对其施工工期紧、工程量大、物资设备缺乏、标准体系不同等难点,采用节段短线法预制施工,全桥预制节段共598个。预制施工中利用计算机数据处理软件和精密测量仪器精确控制预制梁体的几何线形;外侧模板采用带铰与液压系统的支架;端模上部分采用标准通用模块,底部采用特殊组合模块;内模通过液压系统支护,设计成小块组合模板自由组合;混凝土采用分层浇筑法施工,严格按照浇筑顺序实施"30min浇筑法";预应力孔道偏位采用美国Milwaukee钻芯机进行修正,有效地保证了工程质量与进度。The National Unite Bridge in Ecuador is a 1 975 m long prestressed concrete con-tinuous box girder bridge with span arrangement of (3×30+12.5+26×75+12.5+4×30)m. In the light of the impacting factors like the tight construction schedule, enormous construction work, poor outfit of materials and equipment and different standard systems, the short-line match casting method was selected for the preparation of the total of 598 girder segments of the whole bridge. In the process of the prefabrication, the geometry of the precast girder was accu- rately controlled by the computer data processing software and precise measuring apparatus. The external formworks were supported by the scaffoldings with hinges and hydraulic system. The formworks used for the upper part and the lower part of the end mould were standard universal module and specially-assembled module, respectively. The internal formworks were supported by the hydraulic system, which were designed as the small assembly formworks able to be assembled flexibly. The concrete was cast in layers and the"30-minute casting method"was implemented strictly following the casting sequence. The offsetting of the prestressed conduits was modified by the Milwaukee core drilling machine, which effectively guaranteed the quality and progress of the project.
