摘 要:为研究钢-混凝土组合结构中开孔板和开孔波折板连接件这2种新型剪力连接件的力学性能,对2种连接件的各自4组试件进行推出对比试验,研究2种新型连接件在不同板间距的情况下其试件的破坏形态、滑移性能、承载力等性能及2种连接件之间的性能。结果表明,2种新型连接件的破坏模式为纵向劈裂破坏,开孔波折板连接件延性性能相对于开孔板连接件的延性较好;不同板间距的连接件的荷载~滑移曲线具有相似性,接近极限荷载时,开孔波折板连接件的滑移速率相对较慢;2种双板连接件的承载力随板间距的增加而减小,相同构造参数的开孔波折板连接件的承载力约为开孔板连接件承载力的2倍以上;相对于单板连接件而言,2种双板连接件的承载力有明显提高。The perforated plate connector and the corrugated perforated plate connector are two new types of shear connectors applied to the steel-concrete composite structure. In order to study the mechanical behavior of the two types of connectors, a push-out test was carried out for 4 groups of specimens of the connectors of such two types to study the failure mode, slip behavior and load bearing capacity of the connectors with different plate spacing, and to compare the per- formances of the two types of connectors as well. The results of the study show that the failure mode of the two types of connectors appears to be longitudinal cleavage fracture, the ductility of the corrugated perforated plate connector is better than that of the perforated plate connector; the load-slip curves of connectors with different plate spacing are similar, when closing to the limit load, the slip rate of the corrugated perforated plate connector is relatively slower; the bearing capacity of the connectors with double plates decreases as the plate spacing increases, the bearing capacity of the corrugated perforated plate connector with same structural parameters is two times that of the perforated plate connectors; compared with connectors with single plate, the bearing capacity of the connectors with double plates improves significantly.
