摘  要:本文对钾长石-磷矿-盐酸体系球磨反应过程进行了研究,考查了球磨子粒径、填充系数、转速、酸质量分数、酸用量、原料配比、球料比、反应时间等因素对球磨反应效果的影响。较适宜的工艺条件为:球磨子大中小球质量比1∶2∶2,填充系数0.25,转速450r/min,盐酸质量分数27%,盐酸用量6mL/(g磷矿),球料比16∶1,反应时间3h。原料配比对钾的溶出率影响较大,当钾长石与磷矿石质量比超过1∶2.5时,钾的提取率达到90%以上。The ball milling reaction process of potash feldspar- phosphate rock-hydrochloric acid system has been investigated in this paper. Effects of ball size, filling ratio, rotation speed, acid concentration and consumption, raw material ratio, the ratio of slurry to bails, and reaction time on the ball milling reaction per- formance were examined. The optimum experimental parameters were determined: the ratio of balls with size from big to small is 1 2 : 2, the filling ratio is 0.25, the rotation speed is 450 r/min, the mass fraction of hydrochloric acid is 27~~, the acid consump- tion is 6 mL/(g phosphate rocks), the ratio of slurry to balls is ]6 : 1 , and the reaction time is 3 hours. The raw material ratio has a great influence on the leaching rate of potassium. When the mass ratio of potash feldspar to extraction rate of potassium can phosphate rocks is 1 : 2. 5, the reach more than 90%.
