摘  要:研究了降温速率、搅拌速率、pH值等因素对磷酸二氢钠结晶的影响,并以诱导期表征晶核形成,以结晶速率表征晶体生长,以粒度分布、长径比衡量晶体形态。研究结果表明,降温速率为0.1~0.15℃/min,搅拌速率为150~200r/min,pH值控制在2.5~3.5时,磷酸二氢钠晶体粒度分布均匀、颗粒大、质量高。本文的研究成果可用于指导湿法磷酸制备磷酸二氢钠工业生产。Theoretical and experimental approaches were under- taken to find out the influence of cooling rate, stirring rate and pH value on the crystallization process of sodium dihydrogen phosphate. Induction period, crystallization rate, particle size distribution were applied to characterize nucleation, crystal growth and crystal morphology, respectively. The experimental results indicated that crystal product of sodium dihydrogen phos- phate was uniform distribution, large size, high quality under the conditions of cooling rate 0.1-0.15 C/min, stirring rate 150- 200 r/min, pt-| value 2.5-3.5. The research results described in the paper can be taken as guidance in the industrial production of sodium dihydrogen phosphate by use of wet-process phosphoric acid.
