摘 要:本文报道,大鼠头部受10GyX线照射后48h,胸腺细胞自发参入~3H—TdR的能力下降,同时伴有胸腺重量减轻。当去肾上腺大鼠受到同样剂量头照后,上述变化完全消失。但利血平处理只能防止胸腺重量减轻,而~3H—TdR自发参入的能力仍有下降趋势。上述结果提示,头部照射所引起的胸腺细胞增殖能力和胸腺重量的变化与交感—肾上腺髓质系统和下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质系统的机能变化有密切关系。此外,甲状腺系统的机能变化也可能有一定的意义。Head irradiation with 10 Gy X-rays in rats caused significant depression of spontaneous incorporation of 3H-TdR in thymocytes accompanied with a decrease in thymus weight in 48 hours.Bilateral adrenalectomy completely abolished the above-mentioned effect of head irradiation.Reserpine treatment only prevented the decrease in thymus weight but not the depression of spotaneous incorporation of 3H-TdR in the thymocytes.Tbe thymic changes following head irradiation was speculated to be related with shifts in the sympathetic-adrenomedullary as well as the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical and thyroid system.
