中药水疗加抚触治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药水疗加抚触治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法将120例患儿分为治疗组和对照组各60例，对照组采用间歇蓝光治疗配合药物等常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用中药水疗加抚触等治疗，比较两组患儿第1-7天经皮测量胆红素指数及第1、3、5、7天患儿血中总胆红素动态变化，并比较两组患儿黄疸消退时间及住院天数。结果第2-7天治疗组患儿经皮测胆红素指数明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；第3、5、7天，治疗组患儿血中总胆红素值明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。治疗组黄疸消退时间与住院时间分别是（5．1±1．6）d、（5．5±1．8）d，对照组分别是（7．3±2．3）d、（7.8±2．7）d，差异有极显著性（P〈0．01）。结论中药水疗加抚触治疗新生儿高胆红素血症效果较好，利于患儿康复。Objective To explore the neonate hyperbilirubinemia therapy of using herbal hydrotherapy and touching. Methods 120 sick neonates were randomly divided into the treated group and the observed group, and 60 sick neonates for each group. The observed group was given the routine therapy and nursing such as the blue light therapy intermittently with the proper medicine. The treated group based on the routine therapy and nursing was given the herbal hydrotherapy and touching nursing. Then we observed the bilirubin index in the first seven days and the changes of total bilirubin in the first, third, fifth and seventh day of two groups; and made a contrast of the time of the jaundice coming down and their hospitalized periods of two groups. Results During the second and seventh day, the bilirubin index of the treated group was obviously lower than that of the observed group （P〈0.01）. In the third, fifth and seventh days, the total bilirubin of the treated group was apparently lower than that of the observed group. Besides, the time of jaundice coming down and their hospitalized period of the observed group were （5.1 ± 1.6） days, （5.5 ± 1.8） days, and those of the viewing group were （7.3 ±2.3） days, （7.8 ± 2.7） days, which is of statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The neonate hyperbilirubinemia ther- apy with herbal hydrotherapy and touching is good for the sick neonates.
