摘  要:以白芨种子为培养材料,对白芨种子无菌非共生萌发过程中原球茎发育进行了研究;并以白芨组培苗的原球茎和叶片为外植体,进行白芨组织培养快速繁殖技术研究。结果表明:在白芨的种子发育过程中,种胚发育成幼苗有2种方式,1种是小球体经原球茎发育成小苗;第2种是小球体伸长成根状茎后发育成小苗。组培苗的原球茎经切割后在诱导培养基上培养,可产生增殖分化,形成丛芽。原球茎诱导的最适培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 5.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,增殖倍数为2.71。以叶片为外植体,未获得组培苗。Taking the seeds of Bletilla bulbocodioides as material, the protocom-like-body development in the aseptic germination of BletiUa seeds and tissue culture and rapid propaation of Bletilla were studied using protocorm and leaves as explants. The results showed that during the process of seed germination,two kinds of globules growth into seedling were discovered:the globules grew into seedlings through their protocorms;the globules grew first into rhizome, then into seedling. The optimum medium for PLB induction was 1/2MS+ 6-BA 5. 0 mg/L+ NAA 0. 2 mg/L, and the proliferation multiple was 2. 71. The tissue culture plantlets were not obtained when using the leaves as explants.
