摘 要:针对碾压混凝土坝浇筑碾压施工过程现有常规施工质量控制方法中存在的人为控制偏差等种种不足,本文提出了基于全球定位技术(GPS)和实时动态差分技术(RTK)的大坝浇筑碾压施工质量实时监控理论,通过在碾压机械上安装高精度GPS定位设备及振动状态监控设备对碾压机械进行全过程、全自动的实时监控,并记录该碾压机械碾压施工过程。监理单位应用该实时监控系统可实现施工过程的精细控制,并为建设单位实时了解仓面碾压施工质量提供有效信息分析平台。最后,针对龙开口碾压混凝土坝浇筑碾压施工所研发的质量实时监控系统在实际工程中的应用充分表明,该系统实现了对大坝碾压混凝土施工过程中压实质量参数的有效监控,从而保证了大坝高质量、高强度施工,促进了工程管理水平的提升。In accordance with the defects from artificial control, etc. in the existing conventional methods ior construction quality control on the process of concrete rolling-compaction of RCC dam, a GPS and RTK based concrete rolling-eontpaction quality re- al-time monitoring theory is put forward herein, i.e. realizing the whole process and lull-automatic real-time monitoring on com- pacting machinery with the high precision GPS positioning device and vibration state monitoring device installed on it and record- ing the rolling-compaction process of it. With this real-time monitoring system, not only the relevant supervisor can realize the precise control of the construction process, but an effective information analysis platform can also be provided for the construction contractor to control the rolling-compaction quality on the concrete placement surface in real time. Finally, the application of the concrete rolling-compaction quality real-time monitoring system developed for the construction of Longkaikou RCC Dam fully dem- onstrates that the effective monitoring on the concrete rolling-compaction parameters during the construction of dam is realized by this system, and then the high quality and high intensity construction of the dam is ensured, meanwhile, the project manage- ment level is improved as well.
