高效液相色谱法测定养血愈风颗粒中芍药苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立养血愈风颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Dikma DiamonsilC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(14∶86),检测波长为230 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果芍药苷在0.1224～1.224μg(r=0.9999)范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.85%,RSD=1.66%(n=6)。结论本方法简便易行、准确可靠、专属性强,可作为养血愈风颗粒的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Yangxueyufeng Granules by HPLC.Methods Dikma Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（14∶86） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship at the range of 0.122 4-1.224 μg for Paeoniflorin（r =0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 98.85% with relative standard deviation（RSD） of 1.66%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate with good specialization,and can be used for the quality control of Yangxueyufeng Granules.
