摘　　要：目的建立清心牛黄片中雄黄的含量测定方法。方法先用硫酸钾、硫酸铵和硫酸对清心牛黄片进行消化处理,再采用滴定法用碘滴定液对清心牛黄片中的雄黄进行定量测定。结果清心牛黄片中雄黄的平均回收率为97.72%,RSD=1.78%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、定量准确,重复性好,便于操作。Objective To establish the quantitative determination method of Realgar in Qingxinniuhuang Pill.Methods Potassium sulphate,ammonium sulphate and sulfuric acid were used to digest Qingxinniuhuang Pill,and then titration method was used to determine the content of Realar in Qingxinniuhuang Pill.Results The average recovery of Realgar was 97.72%,and RSD was 1.78%（n =6）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,with good reproduction,and easy to operate.
