摘  要:目的建立化瘀祛痰颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对化瘀祛痰颗粒中党参、黄芪、绞股蓝、郁金进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30︰10︰1︰59),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长286 nm,柱温30℃。结果薄层鉴别各样品特征斑点显色清晰,阴性样品无干扰;高效液相色谱法测出丹酚酸B在0.142 5~1.425 0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为98.45%,RSD=1.99%。结论本方法准确可靠、专属性强、重复性好,可用于化瘀祛痰颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality control standard of Huayu Qutan granules.Methods The TLC method was applied to identify Codonopsis pilosula,Astragalus mongholicus,Fiveleaf Gynostemma Herb and Curcuma aromatica.The content of Salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC.Experiment was carried out on Diamonsil C18 column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-methane acid-water(30︰10︰1︰59) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 286 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Result The TLC spots were clear and distinguished well,and the negative sample didn’t interfere the identification of TLC.Salvianolic acid B showed a good linear relationship with its peak area in the range of 0.142 5-1.425 0 μg(r =0.999 7).The average recovery rate was 98.45% and RSD was 1.99%.Conclusion The method is reliable,specific and reproducible,so it can be used for quality control of Huayu Qutan granules.
