摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定葛根芩连微丸中葛根素、甘草苷、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC方法,色谱柱为Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相选用甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液系统,梯度系统,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长275 nm。结果:4个成分的方法学考察均合格,阴性供试品无干扰。结论:该方法方便、准确、专属性强,可作为葛根芩连微丸质量控制的进一步补充。Objective： To establish a method for simultaneous baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Gegenqinlian Micropills. Method： determination of puerarin, liquiritin, RP-HPLC was applied on a Kromasil- Cls column （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） with methanol-phosphate buffer as mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 275 nm. Result： The methodology of 4 components met the requirements with no interference of negatives. Conclusion： The method established is easy, accurate with high specificity, which can provide the base for the quality control of Gegenqinlian Micropills.
