摘 要:目的:考察复方姜黄微囊调脂、抗氧化及保护血管内皮功能的药理作用,与单独应用姜黄素微囊相比,评价复方姜黄微囊的综合效应。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白组和模型组,按比例制备高脂饲料,喂养1个月复制慢性食饵性大鼠高脂血症模型,后将模型组分为阳性对照(0.099 g.kg-1)、复方姜黄微囊高(0.144+0.007 2 g.kg-1)、低剂量组(0.072+0.003 6g.kg-1),以及姜黄素微囊高(0.144 g.kg-1)和低剂量组(0.072 g.kg-1),连续灌胃给药8周后,按试剂盒说明检测动物血清中脂质的含量,采用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)测定法测定丙二醛含量(MDA),硝酸还原酶法测定一氧化氮(NO)含量,及酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定内皮素-1(ET-1)含量等,运用方差分析和非参数检验处理数据。结果:与模型组相比,复方姜黄微囊高、低剂量组均显著降低胆固醇[TC(3.91±0.72),(4.15±0.73)mmol.L-1]、甘油三酯[TG,(1.07±0.15),(1.09±0.16)mmol.L-1],ET-1[(4.05±0.42),(4.77±0.50)μmol.L-1]和MDA[(5.865±2.140),(6.250±1.158)μmol.L-1]的含量,升高NO[(20.14±1.97),(19.85±1.72)μmol.L-1]含量和超氧化物岐化酶[SOD,(279.240±20.838),(274.604±12.328)U.L-1]、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶[(GSH-PX),(41.31,39.07)U.L-1]的活性。与单用姜黄素微囊相比,复方姜黄微囊药理作用有显著提高。结论:复方姜黄微囊有明显调脂、抗氧化、改善内皮功能的作用,其综合效应明显优于单独应用姜黄素,可能成为物质基础清楚、疗效显著的新型调脂和抗AS的中药新药。Objective: To microcapsule. Method: hyperlipidemia nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET-1) investigate the regulating lipid antioxidation by compound curcumin animal model was established, the level t of malondialdehyde (MDA) , etc were measured. Result: Compared with the model group, the low-dose group decreased significantly thelevelof total cholesterol (TC), Total triglyceride (TG), ET-1 and the MDA, increased the NO content and superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, ; the high dose group also reduced the TC, TG content, increased SOD and GSH-Px activity, but which have no obvious influence on the content of MDA, NO and ET-1. Compared with curcumin microcapsules, the compound had the pharmacological effects more significantly. Conclusion: The compound microcapsule has significant regulation of the lipid metabolism and antioxidative reaction, the d effect is significantly superior to the single application of curcumin.
