优化区域高等教育结构提升大学生就业率的综合研究

摘　　要：区域高等教育结构通过劳动力市场中介与产业结构发生互动关系,产业技术结构制约着区域高等教育结构,区域高等教育结构适应并引领着产业技术结构的进化。本文运用"从定性到定量的综合集成法"和社会科学统计软件包,研究区域高等教育结构与产业技术结构的一般运行机理和表现形式并进行理论分析,通过引入等距连续时间序列值的实践验证和典型创新区的国际比较,进而提出区域高等教育结构的优化路径和大学生就业率综合提升的措施。Labor market is the intermediary between the regional higher education structure and the industrial structure, which has an interactive relationship, and industrial structure restricts and guides the the regional higher education structure. This paper uses the Meta Synthesis and SPSS16. 0 to study the general operation mechanism and manifestations of the regional higher education structure as well as the industrial structure, which is applied to the equidistant continuous time series and the comparison of typical international innovation zones to improve the regional higher education structure and the employment rate of college graduates.
