扩招背景下云南省高等教育规模与经济发展的关系——基于高等教育弹性系数的视角

摘　　要：本研究基于弹性系数的视角,通过高等教育规模与人均GDP之间的增速比较,对扩招十年云南省高等教育规模与经济发展之间的关系进行实证研究。通过对比发现,受扩招政策的影响,云南省的高等教育弹性系数呈现较为激烈的变动特征。总体而言,虽然云南省高等教育的结构由单一走向多元,但受到政策、经济以及高等教育本身等诸多因素的制约,云南省高等教育与经济发展之间良性互动的形成,还需要二者结构上的优化整合。From the perspective of elastic coefficient, this study compares the growth rates between the higher-education enrollment and GDP per capita and focuses on the relationship between the eco-nomic development and the ten-year college enrollment expansion in Yunnan. It concludes that there have been dramatic changes in the higher-education elastic coefficient due to the college enrollment ex- pansion in Yunnan. Though there is a tendency of pluralism in the development of the higher educa- tion in Yunnan, there are quite a few factors hindering its further development and the favorable inter-action between the economic development and the higher education in Yunnan relies on their optimal integration.
