摘 要:针对某大型空冷汽轮发电机,其中定子采用三进四出多风路通风冷却,转子端部采用弧段进风与直段补风,本体采用副槽通风结构,为研究定子压指、冷热风区及转子与气隙中各部分的冷却空气流量分布与内部流场特征,建立了半轴向段包括转子一个槽和与之对应的气隙及定子两个槽的物理模型。依据计算流体动力学原理,采用有限体积法,利用工程计算得到的压力入、出口边界条件,对计算域内的三维湍流流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:转子轴径向段槽楔出风口的静压急剧增大,副槽段各出风口的压力约为3600Pa,以150Pa幅度上下波动。气隙中空气静压在3000~4000Pa之间变化,局部存在反向流,有涡流形成。Considering a large air-cooled turbo-generator which has multi-path ventilation structure including three cool zones and four hot zones in stators,air-inlet at the end arc section and air-compensation at the straight section in rotors,besides,the rotor proper adopts sub-slot ventilation structure,the physical model of half axial section including a slot of rotor,corresponding air gap and two slots of stator was established to research air flow distribution and characteristics of the internal flow field of stator press finger,cool and hot air zones and each part of rotor and air gap.By the finite volume method according to the computational fluid mechanics(CFD) principle,the three-dimensional turbulent flow field in computational domain was simulated numerically using boundary conditions of the pressure inlet and outlet obtained from engineering calculations.The results show that,the static pressure of the outlet of the wedge at rotor axial-radial segment increases rapidly;the pressure of each outlet at sub-slot segment is 3600 Pa or so,with a fluctuation of positive and negative 150 Pa.The static pressure of air gap changes between 3000 and 4000 Pa,reverse flow and vortex exist in local areas.
