摘　　要：介绍了嵌入式Linux字符设备驱动程序的概念、分类及关键技术点,总结分析了SPI总线设备驱动程序的详细细节.同时本文采用mini2440-ARM9开发板作为硬件平台,成功实验测试本文列出的驱动程序.The paper describes the conceptions,classification and key_points of the char drive procedures.The most important is that the summary and analysis the details of SPI bus device driver. At the same time, this paper uses the mini2440 ARM9 development board as the realization platform.And the program listed in the paper has been tested successfully.
