摘 要:运用非参数Malmquist指数方法测算中国省际高技术产业的全要素生产率,并构建动态面板数据模型,实证检验了OFDI逆向技术外溢对高技术产业全要素生产率的影响。结果表明,OFDI技术外溢能够促进高技术行业全要素生产率的增长,但因OFDI投向的行业中,高技术行业占的比重较小,其促进作用还有待进一步提高;国内人力资本投入、国内研发投入存在着"门槛",制约了对OFDI技术外溢的吸收。就此,文章最后提出了进一步开展OFDI的策略。Using the Malmquist index nonparametrie method, this paper analyzes high technology industry's total factor productivity of China's province and constructs the dynamic panel data model, testing the influence OFDI reverse technology spillover on high technology industry total factor productivity. The results show that OFDI technology spillovers can promote high technology industry total factor produc-tivity growth, but all of industries OFDI casting, the proportion of high technology industries is small, its role needs to be further im-proved. Domestic manpower capital investments and R&D investments exist "the threshold", which restricts the absorption to OFDI tech-nology spillover. In this case, the paper finally puts forward some further development OFDI strategies.
