产业集群发展影响因素研究——基于电子及通信设备制造业省级面板数据实证分析

摘　　要：产业集群是一种竞争力极强的产业组织形式,也是产业发展到一定阶段后的必然产物,我国电子及通信设备制造业集群多处于初级阶段,研究该产业集群发展水平影响因素对促进该产业发展及发挥对区域经济增长的促进作用有重要意义,本文基于国内外相关文献及根据电子通信设备制造业实际情况总结出了18个影响因素,归纳为产业集群内部及外部因素,再基于我国21个省级地区电子及通信设备制造业的面板数据分析了各影响因素对产业集群发展水平的影响,并深入分析不同产业集群发展水平的关键影响因素。Industrial cluster is a highly competitive industry organization form, and it is the inevitable product when industrial devel-opment reaches a certain stage. A large proportion of our electronic and communication device manufacturing＇s clusters are in the primary stage, so the research about the factors that influence the industry duster development level can promote the industrial development and play an important role in the regional eeonomie growth. Based on the related literature in domestic and abroad, according to the actual sit- uation of electronic communication equipment manufacturing industry, 18 influence factors are Summarized in this paper which are divided into internal and external factors of industrial cluster, then based on panel data of the 21 Provincial in China from 1997 to 2009, analyzed the each factor＇s influences to the development level of industrial cluster, and analyzed the key factors＇ influences to the different develop- ment level of industrial cluster in - depth.
