摘　　要：战略性新兴产业对经济结构转型及经济发展具有重要性。本文结合产业经济的内容,采用产业生命周期和国家经济部门投入产出理论,分析了战略性新兴产业的理论内涵;从市场经济配置资源的边际理论出发,探讨了军民融合式发展道路的经济学理论依据。最后联系中国实际认为战略性新兴产业是军民融合式发展道路的产业基础;军民融合式道路是战略性新兴产业发展的科学路径。It is with great importance for structural transformation of economy to develop strategic emerging industries with strong ef-forts. The eonception of strategic emerging industries is discussed in details from the view of life cycle period theory and input - output anal- ysis. Then we discussed military - civilian integration with the raarginal analysis method to show the eeonomie essence of this policy. In eonelusion, on the base of the former discussion, the relationship of the two objects is put forward. The military - civilian integration should be based on the development of strategic emerging industries; the development of strategic emerging industries should adopt the mili-tary-civilian integration.
