摘 要:分析了中国近年来炼焦煤的质量现状,主要包括炼焦煤灰分、硫分、磷含量、氯含量等指标的变化特征,指出今后中国传统的基础炼焦煤的灰分、硫分增加是大势所趋,需加强煤岩配煤等炼焦技术的研发和应用实践,充分利用中国炼焦煤资源,并尽可能高比例地利用非常规炼焦煤以降低生产成本,并使焦炭质量满足未来高炉生产需要。The status of quality of Chinese commercial coking coals, including the ash yield and the content of sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine, was presented and discussed in this paper. It was indicated that ash yield and the sulfur content in Chinese basic coking coals would increase in the future. In order to utilize Chinese basic coking coals resources fully, it was necessary to develope and to apply the advanced coking technologies such as coal petrographical blending technology. Moreover, the proportion of unconventional coking coals should be increased as highly as possible, which could be helpful to reduce the metallurgical production cost and advance the coke quality to meet the need of future blast furnace production.
