摘　　要：在掘进架棚巷道施工中,水平巷道的前倾后仰、倾斜巷道的迎山角、支架梁扭矩、支架梁水平度以及立柱斜度都直接关系到工程质量,直接关系到矿井的安全生产。根据质量标准控制的需要,设计制作出一种新型架棚巷道支护质量检测仪器,对架棚巷道支护质量进行有效检测,确保了巷道质量的动态达标。In the construction of shelving roadway, down--dip and up--dip on drifts, setting angle on inclined roadways, torque on support beam, level of support beam and inclination of column are all directly related to the quality of engineering and the safety production of coal mines. According to the requirement of quality standards control, a new type of support quality tester for shelving roadway has been designed to detect efficiently the sup- port quality of shelving roadway, which ensures dynamic target of roadway quality.
