摘  要:改性磷铝酸盐水泥是一种耐CO2腐蚀性能突出的特种水泥,但其稠化性能无法满足高含CO2井固井的要求。通过实验研究了几种常规缓凝剂及复合物对改性磷铝酸盐水泥稠化性能的影响,研制出以木质素磺酸钠(SL)、硼酸(BA)和柠檬酸(CA)为组分的复合缓凝剂,并利用X射线衍射方法分析了水泥石的矿物组成,分析了其缓凝作用机理。研究表明,三组分复合缓凝剂的配制比例CA∶SL∶BA=1∶20∶20时,水泥浆具有较高的流性指数和较小的游离液体积,对水泥石前中期强度影响较小,30~100Bc的过渡时间短,直角稠化效应良好;水泥浆中加入0.05%CA+1%SL+1%BA后,75℃、常压下的稠化时间达536min,流性指数0.900,游离液体积分数0.4%;90℃、15MPa条件下的稠化时间为406min,均可以满足固井要求。三组分复合缓凝剂为耐腐蚀材料研究和高含CO2井固井提供了新的技术支持。Modified Phosphoaluminate Cement(MPC) is a special product which is prominently CO2-re sistant,but it is unsuitable for cementing in high CO2 well because of its poor thickening performance. In the experiment, several types of conventional retarder and compounds were evaluated to determine their im- pact on MPC thickening; a three-component retarder based on SL,BA and CA was developed, and the x-ray diffraction was used to analyze mineral composition and retarding mechanism of MPC slurry. The results indicate that,at CA: SL : BA=1 : 20 : 20, the slurry shows higher liquidity index, smaller free fluid vol- ume, short transit time from 30Bc to 100Bc,good right-angle effects and minimal impact on slurry strength through early to middle stages. When 0.05%CA+1% SL+1%BA was added, the thickening time of slurry was 536min, liquidity index was 0. 900, and free liquid volume was 0.4% at 75 ℃ and normal pressure, while the thickening time became 406min at 90℃ and 15MPa,both acceptable for cementing. This compos- ite retarder provides new technical support for researching corrosion-resistant materials and cementing in high CO2 well.
