摘  要:介绍了触摸屏控制系统的硬件构成,四线电阻触摸屏的工作原理。采用基于POWERPC架构的MPC8306作为主控制器,ADS7846作为四线电阻触摸屏控制器。驱动程序设计中,使用中值平均滤波等软件滤波算法对采样数据进行优化处理。通过计算触摸电阻对采样数据进行取舍,消除了触摸按键漂移现象。设计中提出一种状态分段法,辅助进行驱动程序流程设计。应用表明该触摸屏系统工作稳定可靠,触控效果很好。Hardware constitution of the touch-screen system and the working principle of 4-wire resistance touch screen have been introduced. In this system, MPC8306 based on architecture is the core controller, and ADS7846 the 4-wire touch-screen controller. In program design, some software filtering algorithms like median average filtering algorithm POWERPC the driver are used to optimize sample data. Especially, through the calculation of touch resistance some sample data are dropped,and as a result the touch-key drift is eliminated. The state section method is presented in the driver process design. The application shows that this touch-screen system works with high steady and reliability, and the touch effect is good.
