摘 要:为了解不同类型饲用高粱粗蛋白含量的积累规律,选用6个品种为材料进行研究。结果表明:饲草高粱和甜高粱品种籽粒粗蛋白含量先升高后降低,籽粒型品种则先降低后升高;饲草高粱和籽粒型高粱品种茎秆粗蛋白含量均从拔节后10d开始逐渐升高,甜高粱品种则呈现出"M"型曲线的变化趋势;饲草高粱和甜高粱叶片粗蛋白含量呈现降-升-降的变化趋势,籽粒型饲用高粱呈单峰曲线变化;饲用高粱茎秆和叶片的粗蛋白含量呈正相关关系。不同类型饲用高粱粗蛋白含量积累规律不同,均宜在含量最高时采收。Six different types of forage sorghum eultivars were selected to study the accumulation regulation of crude protein content. Results showed that grain crude protein content of forage sorghum and sweet sorghum increased firstly and decreased subsequently, crude protein content of grain sorghum decreased firstly and increased subsequently. Stem crude protein content of forage sorghum and grain sorghum both increased from 10 clays after jointing, but sweet sorghum eultivars presented M-shaped plot changes. Leave crude protein content of forage sorghum and sweet sorghum behaved clown-up-down trend, however grain sorghum was expressed in a single pink curve. There was a correlative relation between stem and leave crude protein content. Crude protein content accumulation regulation of forage sorghum was different, but they should be harvested at the stage of the highest crude protein content.
