摘  要:目的研究卡巴胆碱对烫伤休克大鼠血流动力学影响。方法 Wistar大鼠采用30%体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤模型,随机分为对照组和实验组,测定不同时间点各组大鼠血流动力学指标:平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)。结果与对照组比较,实验组烫伤后15min、1h血流动力学指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2h、4h后实验组可明显降低HR(P<0.05或<0.01),提升MAP、LVSP(P<0.05或<0.01),但对LVEDP无影响(P>0.05)。结论卡巴胆碱能改善烫伤休克大鼠血流动力学,有助于烫伤后休克及并发症的防治。Objective To investigate the effects of carbachol on the changes of hemodynamics in rats with scalded injury. Methods The Wister rats were randomly divided into two groups : control group ( scald + NS ) and experimental group (scald + carbachol). A rat model with burn was established with 30% TBSA scald. The bemodynamics parameters including MAP, HR, LVSP, LVEDP in the rats of both groups were detected by multiple channel physiological signal collecting and processing system. Results There were no significant differences in the hemodynamics parameters 15min, 1h sifter burn between control group and experimental group ( P 〉 0.05 ) , bowever,2h,4h after bum the HR in experimental group was obviously decreased, but MAP and LVSP were increased,and LVEDP was not changed. ConcLusion Carbachol can improve bemodynamies in rats with burn, which is helpful to the prevention anti treatment for burn shock and complications.
