摘　　要：计算机与互联网的迅猛发展,在给国家带来利益的同时,也对依赖其进行的国家关键信息系统和网络基础设施带来了巨大的威胁,使得信息安全成为涉及到国家安全的战略问题。本文以美国为解析对象,从分析美国国家信息安全面临的威胁着手,简要阐述了美国现行的国家信息安全战略,介绍了美国国家信息安全保障框架,重点分析了美国国家信息安全战略坚持的原则。The rapid development of the computer and internet brings the huge national interests as well as tremendous threat. So, the information security has become a strategic problem relating to the national security. In this paper, taking the United States as an example, it begins with the analysis of the threat faced by the United States national information security. Then, it briefly describes the current state of information security strategy, and introduces the framework of the United States national information security. Finally, it focuses on the principle of the United States national information security strategy.
