摘 要:依据紫外分光光度法分别测定不同年龄组大鼠血清、肺、睾丸血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的活力。结果表明,不同龄组肺及血清的ACE活力一致,自出生后3周就一直维持较高水平。而3~8周睾丸ACE活力与鼠龄呈正相关(P<0.001)。8周后(成年)维持高水平。提示睾丸ACE与肺ACE不同,它与性成熟密切相关。可能对精子发生成熟具有重要意义。Forty-eight pure Wistar male rats were divided into 6 groups: 3, 4, 5, 8, 16 weeks and 20 months. The activity of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) in the serum, lung, and testis of different groups were determined by using the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. The pulmonary and serum AcE activity was about the same in all the age groups and maintained at the high level since 3-week-age, with the testicular ACE activity positively relevent to age of the animals from 3 to 8 weeks (P<0. 001), and maintained at the high level from 8-week-age onwards. These results show that testicular ACE differs from pulmonary ACE in that the former is associated with sex maturation , and thus has an important significance in sperm generation and maturation.
