摘  要:以4种四倍体泡桐B4,Y4,N4和M4及其对应二倍体泡桐B2,Y2,N2和M2为材料,分析其叶片显微结构的差异,测定了部分差异指标,并根据这些差异进行四倍体泡桐的抗逆性评价.结果表明:4种四倍体泡桐叶片厚度、上下表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度、细胞结构紧密度、栅栏组织厚度与海绵组织厚度的比值均大于其二倍体,海绵组织厚度和细胞结构疏松度则相反;筛选出下表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度和海绵组织厚度3项指标,经隶属函数法分析得出4种四倍体泡桐的抗旱性与抗寒性均大于其二倍体,强弱排序为M4>Y4>N4>B4>M2>Y2>N2>B2.Microstructure characters of the leaves of tetraploid and diploid Paulownia ( B4 , Y4 , N4 and M4; B2, Y2, N2 and M2) were observed and measured using scanning electron microscope, and the stress tolerance of tetraploid and diploid Paulownia were evaluated according to microstructure charac- ters. The results showed that thickness of upper and lower epidermis, palisade tissue and leaf of tetra- ploid plants were larger than those of the diploid; cell tense ratio and ratio of palisade tissue thickness to sponge tissue thickness were also larger than those of the diploid; hut spongy ratio and thickness of spongy were the opposite case. Three indexes (thickness of lower epidermis, spongy and palisade tis- sue) were selected to evaluate stress tolerance of Paulownia by using the subordinate function value a- nalysis. The order of stress tolerance was M4 〉 Y4 〉 N4 〉 B4 〉 M2 〉 Yz 〉 N2 〉 B2.
