摘 要:以3年生四倍体白花泡桐为材料,探讨了染色体加倍白花泡桐木材的物理特性.结果表明,四倍体白花泡桐木材纤维的长度、长宽比值、壁厚和壁腔比值的平均值分别比其二倍体大,而木材纤维宽度、弦向干缩率、径向干缩率、纵向干缩率和体积干缩率平均值则相反.此外,四倍体白花泡桐木材的基本密度、白度、顺纹拉力强度、抗弯强度、抗弯弹性模量、硬度和顺纹抗压强度分别比其二倍体泡桐增加了14.29%,16.25%,38.90%,26.13%,32.50%,18.36%和17.28%.The wood physical properties of tetraploid Paulownia fortunei were studied with its 3-year- old trunk. The results showed that the average values of the fiber length, fiber length to width, fiber wall thickness, ratio of fiber wall thickness to its diameter of the tetraploid Paulownia fortunei were lar- ger than those of the diploids respectively, while the fiber width, tangential shrinkage, radial shrink- age, longitudinal shrinkage and volume shrinkage were on the contrary. The basic density, brightness, tensile strength parallel to grain, bending strength, modulus of bending strength, hardness and com- pressive strength parallel to grain of the tetraploid Paulownia fortunei were increased by 14.29% , 16.25% , 38.90% , 26. 13% , 32.50% , 18.36% and 17.28% compared respectively to the dip- loids.
