摘 要:目的探讨小鼠肾发育中肾乳头区细胞凋亡的演变规律。方法应用原位末端标记技术并结合体视学分析方法检测小鼠肾发育中肾乳头区细胞凋亡的演变规律。结果 E16和E18 d时,肾髓质乳头区可见少量凋亡细胞;P1 d时,此区的凋亡细胞增多;P3 d和P5 d时,肾乳头下半部的凋亡细胞多于上半部;P7 d时,肾乳头上半部的凋亡细胞增多,多于下半部的凋亡细胞;P14和P21 d时,乳头区的凋亡细胞少见。结论发育早期肾乳头区主要通过细胞凋亡来完成形态的转变,随后管状结构增生,细胞凋亡减少,从而完成肾乳头结构的演变。[ Objective ] To explore the apoptotic rule of renal papillae during the development of mouse kidney. [ Methods ] In situ end-labeling technique combined with stereological methods were used to investigate the apopto- sis of renal papillae during mouse kidney development. [ Results ] In renal papillae, a small amount of apoptotic cells were observed at embryonic day 16 (El6 d) and 18 (El8 d), however apoptotic cells increased at pgstnatal day 1 (P1 d). The apoptotic cells of lower half renal papillae exceeded those of first half at P3 and P5 d. At P7 d, the apoptotic cells of first half increased and exceeded those of lower half. However a small quantity of apoptotic cells were observed in renal papillae at P14 d and P21 d. [ Conclusion ] In developmental prophase, the morphological conversion of renal papillae was completed through apoptosis. Subsequently apoptosis was reduced, tubula structure hyperplasia and renal papillae was formed accordingly.
