摘 要:本文报道大鼠受5Gy X线全身照射腹腔注入人参三醇组甙后14天,观察单纯照射组、人参三醇组甙照射组、人参三醇组甙组和正常对照组睾丸组织学变化,发现人参三醇组甙照射组未出现单纯照射组睾丸组织的异常变化,证明人参三醇组甙可保护睾丸生殖和内分泌功能,或促进其辐射损伤的恢复过程。本文还简要的分析了人参三醇组甙辐射防护作用的可能机理。Thirty-two experimental rats were randomly divided into the following groups: X-irradiation, panaxatriol + X-irradiation, panaxatriol alone, and the normal control. Twenty-four h before X-irradiation, panaxatriol was given i. p. in a dose of 5 mg/d, and the same dose was given in the same way continuously for 14 days following X-irradiation. The histological changes in the testis was observed in these 4 groups. There were definite abnormal histological changes in the testis of the X-irradiation group , but not in the panaxatriol and the irradiation groups. It was demonstrated that panaxatriol protected the testicular spermatogenic and endocrine functions from radiation damage, and that panaxatriol promoted the recovery process of radiation injury. The possible mechanism of the protective action of panaxatriol was also briefly analyzed.
