社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为与其相关因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为现状及其影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取社区2型糖尿病患者211名调查其自我管理行为及其影响因素。结果调查对象的自我管理得分为(88.61±18.70),得分指标仅为68.16%;参加教育的次数、自我照顾情况、经济收入、医疗付费形式、糖化血红蛋白值、治疗方式依次是影响社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为的因素。结论社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理水平不高,应针对其影响因素采取相应措施促进患者的自我管理,使疾病得到良好的控制。【Objective】 To investigate the status of self-management and influential factors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community.【Methods】 211 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were recruited in the study through stratified random sample.The demographic information,the situation of self-management behavior and influential factors questionnaires were investigated.【Results】 In this survey,the mean score of DM patients＇ self-management behavior were（88.61±18.70）（26～130）,and the score index is only 68.16%.Training times,self-care,incomes status,type of medical expenditure,glycosylated hemoglobin level and treatment style were associated with self-management in patients.【Conclusion】 The self-management behaviors of type 2 diabetes mellitus in community was not good.Appropriate measures should be taken to promote patient self-management and achieve good control of type 2 diabetes in community,according to the influential factors of self-management behaviors.
