摘 要:在电信号测量系统设计过程中,合理分配各误差源的误差比重能有效地降低系统的总误差。本文分别分析了电信号的频率变化、电信号的测量范围,传感器的精度、A-D的精度及数据移位处理的影响,推导出电信号有效值测量综合误差的数学模型,通过仿真验证了误差模型。同时在设计的继电保护样机上应用该模型,实现了在小电流1A下测量误差不超过0.4%,电流5A及以上测量误差不超过0.2%。此误差模型为测量系统误差分配最优设计提供了理论依据。The total error of the system can be reduced effectively by a reasonable distribution proportion of the error sources when the electrical signal measurement system was designed.The effect of the signal frequency change,the signal measurement range,the transducer precision,the A/D precision,and the data shifting were analyzed in this paper.Moreover,an integrated measurement error of electrical signals RMS(root-mean-square) mathematical model was deduced,and the error model was verified by the calculation results.Meanwhile,the error model was applied to the relay protection prototype.1A low current with the measurement error low then 0.4% and 5A(or above) current with the measurement error low then 0.2% were achieved in this paper.The model of error calculation provides the basis for the best design of Error distribution on measurement system.
