战略联盟中交易成本、联盟能力对效率边界影响的实证研究

摘　　要：经济组织的边界问题历来都是学术界和企业界关注的焦点。战略联盟作为一种界于企业与市场之间的中间组织,其边界问题更是企业界进行联盟活动所必须关注的问题之一。本文结合先前国内外有关纵向中间组织和企业合作范围的研究成果,用合作范围和契约复杂性来分别刻画了效率边界的广度和深度,并通过大样本的调查问卷,利用因子分析和结构方程模型,从实证的角度,重点研究了交易成本和联盟能力对战略联盟效率边界的影响。研究结果表明,交易成本对契约复杂性具有显著的正向影响,对合作范围具有显著的负向影响;联盟能力对契约复杂性具有显著的负向影响,对合作范围具有显著的正向影响。表明在战略联盟中,交易成本的增加,将使联盟伙伴间合作的深度和紧密程度增加,合作的广度和业务范围降低;当企业的联盟能力较强时,企业之间将倾向于采用较为松散的合作方式,并且业务合作的范围也将更为广泛。The boundary of economic organization is a focus in academic world and business world. As an intermediate organization between firms and market, strategic alliance＇s boundary must be a problem that firms should pay more attention to when carrying out the alliance activities. Based on previous results of domestic and foreign researches on the portrait of intermediate organizations and cooperation scope, this paper describes the breadth and depth of the efficiency boundary respectively by using cooperation scope and complexity of the contract. Through a large sample survey, this paper uses research methods of factor analysis and structural equation model to study the effect of transaction costs and alliance capability on efficiency boundary of strategic alliances empirically. Research result shows that the transaction cost has a significantly positive impact on contract complexity and remarkably negative impact on the cooperation scope. Alliance capability has a significantly negative impact on the contract complexity and extremely positive impact on the cooperation scope. In strategic alliances, the increase of transaction costs will increase the level of cooperation depth and reduce cooperation breadth among alliance partners. When the alliance capability of cooperation firms increases, they will tend to follow a looser cooperation model and a wider cooperation scope.
