摘　　要：网络舆情突如其来,带来的影响越来越大,实现一种可对互联网新媒体进行监控的软件是对互联网舆情可控的基础。该文介绍了软件实现的系统架构以及使用的全文库、搜索等关键技术,最后指出了互联网舆情监控软件的存在的不足以及努力的方向。The network consensus become more important for government and .we need a new so,ware which monitors the network and find the necessary message .The article introduce system structure of the network consensus monitoring software and some key technologW like full-text search, download technology and so on ;finally ,the article points out the shortcomAngs in the software.
