摘  要:研究了不同培养温度对海洋红酵母HS-3细胞生长繁殖及合成类胡萝卜素等生物学特性的影响。结果表明:(1)海洋红酵母在30℃温度培养下菌体繁殖迅速快、生物量积累多,随着培养温度的降低,菌体繁殖速度减慢,但合成类胡萝卜素能力增强。(2)采用前期30℃培养,后期20℃低温培养,红酵母HS-3菌株的生物量和类胡萝卜素的产量均能达到较高水平。Effects of different cuhure temperature on biological properties,such as cell reproduction and carotenoids synthesis of Marine Rhodotorula I-IS-3 were studied.The results showed that:the Rhodotorula HS-3 were reproduced faster and more biomass were accumulated at 30 ℃,As the culture temperature decreased,the reproduction speed slowed down but more carotenoids synthesized.When cultured under 30 ℃ temperature at the early phase and cultured under 20 ℃ at later stage,biomass and carotenoids yield of RhodotoruIa HS-3 could both reach the high level.
