摘　　要：从竞争情报视角对合作风险进行分析,点明控制和信任是合作风险管理的两大要素。指出竞争情报对控制和信任的影响,并建立相应的关系模型。使用结构方程模型法验证该模型的合理性。最后,在前文研究的基础上提出基于竞争情报的战略联盟合作风险管理框架。Cooperation risk is the main factor to lead to the failure of strategic alliances. Firstly, this paper analyzes the cooperation risk from the perspective of competitive intelligence, and puts forward that control and trust are the two fundamental factors in the cooperation risk management. And then, based on the analysis of the influence of competitive intelligence on control and trust, it sets up a model and conducts an empirical practice. At last, this paper proposes a cooperation risk management framework of strategic alliances based on competitive intelligence.
