摘　　要：利用文献分析和案例研究的评价和过程框架,本文探析了如何用案例研究方法构建产学研合作理论,包括这种方法的定义、现状与问题、框架与步骤。结果表明:无论是国内还是国外,产学研合作案例研究均十分有限和薄弱的,已发表的产学研案例研究论文均是不规范的。最后,我们指出了用案例研究构建产学研合作理论的优缺点和改进建议。By using the literature analysis and the frameworks of evaluation and process of case studies, how to use case study method in the theory building of Industry - University - Research institute Collaboration （IURC） is explored and analyzed, inclu- ding its definition, current status and issues, and frameworks and steps. The results show that whether at home or aboard, the case studies on IURC are relatively very limited and weak, the published papers involving the case studies of IURC are not rigor- ous. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages and improved suggestions for building IURC theory from case study are pointed out.
