摘　　要：本文阐述当前我国农村改革发展中的几个重大问题:一是粮食与主要农产品的供求关系问题,即"粮"的问题。二是农业经营体制创新中的农地经营形式问题,即"地"的问题。三是快速城镇化过程中的农民转市民问题,即"人"的问题。This paper describes several major issues in the development of China's rural reform: First,the relationship between supply and demand for food and major agricultural products,namely the issue of grain.Second,agricultural land management forms in the innovation of land management system,namely the issue of land.Third,urban citizenship of migrant farmers in the process of rapid urbanization,namely the issue of people.
