摘  要:目的:从多种活血化瘀类药物的药效学模型中筛选红花注射液生物活性测定的方法。方法:用4个不同厂家的红花注射液,根据功能主治相关的5种药效学实验方法(包括大鼠急性心肌缺血实验、小鼠急性脑缺血缺氧实验、小鼠体内血栓实验、小鼠断头存活实验、家兔体外抗血小板聚集实验),筛选1~2种设计合理、操作简便、指标明确、灵敏度高、重现性好的方法作为其生物活性测定方法。结果:小鼠体内血栓和家兔体外抗血小板聚集实验符合要求。结论:小鼠体内血栓实验和家兔体外血小板聚集实验为红花注射液生物活性测定的方法。Objective: To screen bioactivity assay methods of safflower injection from various pharmacodynamic models of circulation - promoting and stasis - relieving drugs. Methods : Safflower injections from four manufacturers were used for five pharmacodynamic experiment methods relevant to indications (including rat acute myocardial is- chemia experiment, mouse acute cerebral isehemia and anoxia experiment, mouse in vivo thrombosis experiment, mouse decapitation survival experiment, rabbit in vitro anti - platelet aggregation experiment). One or two appropri- ate methods were selected as the bioactivity assay methods which were reasonably designed, and simple to operate with clear indicators, high sensitivity and good reproducibility. Results:Mouse in vivo thrombosis experiment and rabbit in vitro anti - platelet aggregation experiment were consistent with the requirements of safflower injection bio- activity assay. Conclusion: Methods for mouse in vivo thrombosis experiment and rabbit in vitro anti - platelet ag- gregation experiment were chosen as the bioactivity assay methods.
